About the Role We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects in
Dallas, TX. This individual will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, budgets, and schedules.
Key Responsibilities - Project Oversight: Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Budget & Scheduling: Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to healthcare construction standards, local building codes, and safety regulations.
- Team Leadership: Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to drive project success.
- Quality Control: Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and implement quality assurance measures.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks throughout the construction process.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns proactively.
Qualifications - Experience: 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare construction.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Certifications: PMP, CHC (Certified Healthcare Constructor), or equivalent is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare facility requirements, infection control standards, and life safety codes.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and maintain strong client relationships.
