Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage commercial glazing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in construction project management, and a deep understanding of glazing systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple commercial glazing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and requirements are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Review and approve project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on job sites.
• Lead project meetings, addressing issues and providing timely solutions.
• Monitor project performance, identifying and mitigating risks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a focus on glazing or related trades.
• Strong understanding of glazing systems, construction processes, and relevant codes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar).
