Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our clients team in Manhattan (5-days per week in office). As a Project Manager you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial glazing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, excellent leadership skills, and experience managing large-scale glazing projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of glazing projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality standards and project specifications are met.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues related to safety, quality, or logistics.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial glazing
• Strong knowledge of glazing systems, installation techniques, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
