Project Executive opportunity for a Vegas project and would require to be in Vegas onsite full time for three years, March 2028 est. completion.  Option to stay in Vegas to continue to grow the market or move to AZ in the corporate headquarters.   

Division 7 Metal preference but lack of experience in Metal could be offset with experience in large projects as a CM, PM or SPM with a GC.  An individual has to be experienced in creating/maintaining MS Project Schedule, procurement, documentation of the project and leading a site office team.   

High salary to reflect seniority and scale of project.
