Job Title: Estimator
Location: Chicago, IL
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our client in the commercial glazing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of curtain wall/glazing systems, architectural design, and material takeoffs, with a proven ability to provide accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for glazing and curtain wall systems
• Review project plans and specifications to assess scope of work
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to gather necessary information
• Analyze labor, material, and equipment costs
• Prepare bid proposals and submit them to clients on time

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in estimating for commercial glazing projects
• Strong knowledge of glazing materials, systems, and construction methods
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
