Job Title: Design Drafter (glass/glazing)
Location: Greater Philadelphia area
We are seeking glass/glazing Design Drafter in PA to join our client near Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have expertise in drafting and detailing glazing systems, with a strong understanding of design, fabrication, and installation processes within the commercial construction industry.
Responsibilities:

• Create detailed shop drawings for glazing systems and other related architectural elements
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and project specifications
• Review and modify drawings based on client feedback and site conditions
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and project timelines
• Provide technical support during the fabrication and installation phases

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of industry experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software
• Strong knowledge of curtain wall materials, systems, and installation processes
• Ability to interpret complex architectural and structural drawings
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
